Raw materials are carefully selected and meet national standards, and suppliers are our partners for many years.For each batch of raw materials or spare parts purchased, spectral analysis and quality inspection of materials shall be carried out. Raw materials that fail to meet the required standards shall not be used in warehouse.We also have material certification reports.

• Quality Control - Testing 

The workers in the factory are experienced, and most of them are ladies who are responsible for packaging. Polishing, drilling and other processes are all masters who have worked in the hardware industry for more than 8 years.

Process products and finished products are inspected and tested, and all characteristics of the pins are determined. Any substandard products will be recorded once they are discovered.

Analyze and handle properly and find out the root cause to prevent duplication of unqualified products. All inspection and test equipment are regularly checked.
